It is recommended that gas boilers are serviced every year to ensure that the boiler is running efficiently and also for safety.
What is involved?
The Gas pressure is checked to ensure the boiler is operating at the correct gas pressure
A flue test is completed to ensure there are no unsafe emissions from your boiler
The boiler and controls are inspected to make sure they are operating safely
General inspection of the boiler to check for corrosion and leaks
Mick Smith Heating and Plumbing Ltd are Gas Safe registered 135488 and licenced to carry out annual Boiler Services and Repairs. We use the latest test equipment , combustion gas analysers , electronic gas leak detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
